Aperture Holistic Consulting
Overview
An internal documentation website for ElectroTech employees, designed to centralize and organize the use of Google Workspace tools. The site provides clear, visual access to all documentation, follows the requested brand colors, and acts as a guide for how the workspace works and how processes are centralized inside the company.
Problem
The company had processes that were disorganized and scattered, making it difficult to access information, manage tasks, and effectively use the available digital tools. There was no centralized internal documentation system or visual guide to support the adoption of Google Workspace.

Work in progressThis case study evolves over time: I refine UI, rewrite parts of the code, and keep improving structure and clarity as I learn.
Solution
A centralized Google Workspace was set up to organize the company’s tools and processes. To support it, an internal website was built to provide clear, structured, and accessible documentation for employees, including guides for each tool. The site follows the company’s visual identity and improves navigation so employees can quickly find information and adopt digital tools without confusion.
Learnings
- • Learning how to structure internal documentation in a clear, centralized way.
- • Applying corporate visual identity by using requested colors and styles.

- • Building a full stack project that combines backend (Node.js, Express) and frontend (EJS, TailwindCSS) for a real corporate product.
Next Improvements
- • Improve integration between the website and workspace tools to automate documentation updates.
- • Optimize the interface to be more intuitive on mobile devices.
- • Add advanced search so employees can find information faster.
- • Create an internal feedback system to update documentation based on user suggestions.
